Our place is in Devank Park, specifically Building 6-B. We're right at the Panjrapole Cross Road in Ambavadi. If you've lived in this part of town for a while, you probably know the building. It’s a functional space. We do a lot of eye work here, mostly laser stuff. We’ve got a small group of nurses and techs who have been here a long time. We aren't a giant corporate chain or anything like that. It’s just a medical office where we try to get things right. The waiting room is okay, nothing fancy, just some chairs and a water cooler that occasionally makes a weird noise. We spend our days looking through lenses and explaining things to patients. Some people come in nervous about their eyes, so we just talk to them like regular people. We don't use big words if we don't have to. The traffic outside can be a bit much during rush hour, so we usually hear the horns honking from the cross road. It's just part of the atmosphere. We keep our records in order and make sure the equipment is ready for the next person. We're not into big promises. We just show up, do the exams, and go home. It’s a steady rhythm. Most of our regulars have been coming for years. We know their names and how they like their tea. It's a good way to run a business.
