We are located in room 213 of the Sarvopari Mall. If you know where the Bhuyangdev Cross Road is, you’ve probably passed us. We're right across from the Utsav Party Plot on Sola Road. It’s a pretty lively area, especially when there’s a party or event going on across the street. Being in a mall is convenient because there's plenty of space around. We've been here for a bit now. The clinic itself is straightforward. We handle a lot of eye exams and laser procedures. It’s mostly just us doing our jobs day in and day out. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a reliable one. The waiting room has enough chairs, though it gets full on Mondays. We try to keep things simple. No complicated forms if we can help it. Our staff is mostly local people who know the Sola Road area well. We deal with the usual mall stuff, like the elevators being slow sometimes. But once you're inside, it's quiet enough to get the work done. We see a lot of elderly folks and some younger people too. It’s a mix. We don’t have a big marketing department. We just answer the phones and talk to whoever walks through the door. It’s practical work. We’ve had the same sign out front since we opened. It’s a bit faded but everyone knows it's us and what we do. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
