Air Hostess Acdemy

Our place is at 72/857 Ambica Apartment, right on the 132 Feet Ring Road. If you know the Kheti Bank, we’re just opposite that in the Naranpura area. It’s a busy spot with lots of traffic going by all day. We’ve been here at Air Hostess Academy for a while now, helping young people who want to work on planes. It’s not just about flying, though. We spend time talking about how to talk to passengers, how to stand, and all the rules they have to follow in the air. The classrooms are simple, just some chairs and a white board. Sometimes the students get nervous before their interviews, so we sit and chat with them to help them calm down. We’ve seen a lot of people come through these doors. Most of them are from around Ahmedabad or nearby towns. It feels good when someone comes back to tell us they got a job at the airport. We don’t have any big corporate backers, it’s just us running the classes every day. The building is an older apartment complex, so it’s got a bit of a lived-in feel to it. It’s not a fancy hotel, but it works for what we need. We just keep things practical and focus on the basics of the job so the students know what to expect once they start working.
