Agrination Rural Management Federation

Our office is tucked away in Sahvas Apartments, right near Ravinagar School. It's a busy little area on Jivrajpark Road and there is always something going on. Most of us here grew up knowing the value of rural work, so setting up this federation felt like the right move to make. We handle a lot of the management side of things for rural projects. It's mostly paperwork, phone calls, and coordinating between different groups who aren't always in the same place. We aren't fancy people. The office is at L08 and it’s usually filled with the sounds of people talking and files being moved around from one desk to another. Being near the school means there's always noise outside when the kids get out in the afternoon, which keeps the place feeling lively even when the work is dry. We deal with a lot of different rural issues, trying to keep things organized so they don't fall apart. It’s hard work and some days are much longer than others. We don't have a big corporate team with suits, just a handful of people who care about how rural areas are managed. We try to keep things practical and down to earth. If a problem comes up, we just sit down together and try to solve it over some snacks. Jivrajpark is a good spot for us because it's easy for everyone to get to, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It's just a regular office doing regular work, nothing too complicated about it. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay on top of the management side.
