Agrawal Decorators

Our shop is located in the Vedhshala Compound over in Naranpura. It's a familiar spot for most people living around this part of Ahmedabad. We are quite close to the Karuna Trust Hospital, so it is easy to give directions when someone is looking for us. At Agrawal Decorators, we spend our days dealing with fabrics, lights, and all the bits and pieces that go into making a space look ready for a function. It's hard work and our hands are usually busy moving things around. We don't have a big office with air conditioning. Instead, we are usually out on the floor or at a site making sure things are put up properly. Sometimes the weather doesn't help, especially when it's raining or too hot, but we keep going. The team here is small, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We don't use big words to describe what we do. If someone needs a place decorated, we just show up and start working. We have a lot of stuff stored in the compound. It can look a bit cluttered to an outsider, but it’s just how a decorator's place looks. We have lived and worked in Ahmedabad all our lives, so we know what people like. We just take one job at a time and try to finish it without too much fuss. It is a simple life and we like it that way.
