Aegis Computers

We run Aegis Computers from room 204 in the Murlidhar Complex. It is part of Ashwin Society over in the Paldi Fatehpura area. It is a local shop where we spend our time fixing PCs and helping folks with their tech troubles. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit narrow, but we’ve managed to haul plenty of heavy monitors up them over the years. We don't have a giant staff or a big reception desk. Usually, it is just one or two of us surrounded by parts and tools. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which we like. We get a mix of people coming in—some who know exactly what is wrong with their computer and others who just know it won't turn on. We try to be straight with people about how long a fix will take. Sometimes it's a quick software update, and other times we have to wait for a specific part to come in the mail. We have some regulars who have been coming to us for years whenever they buy a new machine or need an upgrade. It is not a high-pressure environment. We just work through the pile of machines on the bench. The office is a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. It’s just how a repair shop ends up looking after a few years in business.
