Advance Infotech Services is over in K B Complex, which is near the Rambaug Char Rasta in Maninagar. We are right opposite the Ram Krishna Party Plot, so that’s the easiest way to tell people where we are. Maninagar is always humming with activity, and being near a major crossing like Rambaug Char Rasta means there’s never a dull moment. Our office is a straightforward setup where we handle various IT service requests. We get a lot of laptops in for repair and people often come by with software issues they can’t figure out. The desks are usually covered in wires and open computer cases. It’s a bit of a chaotic environment sometimes, but we manage to get through the work. We don't have a big reception area or a dedicated sales team. It's just us technicians doing the actual labor. Sometimes the party plot across the street has big events, and the noise and traffic can get pretty intense, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been here long enough that most of the local residents know our faces. We just try to be practical and solve the problems as they come in. It's a busy life but we enjoy being part of the local community here in Maninagar. We usually wrap up the day once the last laptop on the bench is sorted out or the parts run out.
