Acme Infosoft

Acme Infosoft is based in Jetpur, right at Bhavani Krupa, which is just opposite Dr. Wadhwani Hospital in the Kankiya Plot area. We’ve got our computers set up in a small office where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a quiet enough place, though we do hear the sirens from the hospital across the way every now and then. We aren't some giant tech company with thousands of employees; we are just a small group of people in Gujarat who know our way around software. Our desks are usually covered in wires and half-empty coffee mugs. We don't have a fancy dress code, so you'll usually see us in just regular shirts and jeans. Sometimes we stay until two in the morning trying to fix a bug in a program, and other days we’re just doing routine updates. The air conditioner in the corner is a bit old and makes a humming sound, but it keeps the servers cool enough. We like being in this part of Jetpur because it’s easy for people to find us. We don't go in for big marketing or flashy websites ourselves; we just focus on the code and making sure the systems we work on actually function. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, but we enjoy the challenge of it. We just take things one day at a time here at Bhavani Krupa and try to stay on top of the work.
