Our office is situated over in Ghatlodia, specifically at Mig 99 in K K Nagar Sector 2. We handle various AC systems and some other technical work that comes our way. It is a busy part of Ahmedabad, so there's always plenty of noise and movement outside our door. We started out as a small team and eventually became a private limited company, though if you walked in today, it still feels like a regular local workshop. Most of our hours are spent taking service calls or coordinating where the technicians need to go next. During the summer months, it gets incredibly hot here, and that is when the phone starts ringing non-stop. We try our best to get to everyone quickly, but the traffic in this city can make things take much longer than we want. The guys are usually out on their motorbikes with their toolkits strapped to the back. Our workspace isn't a fancy showroom or anything. It is mostly just desks, piles of spare parts, and some old paperwork that we need to file away. If you live around Sector 2, you have probably seen our guys in their uniforms around the neighborhood. We fix things and we install things, and that is about it. Sometimes the parts we need take forever to arrive, which is a real pain, but we just deal with it as it happens. We have been here for a good while now.
