Our shop is at 108/2585 in the GHB colony in Meghaninagar. It’s a pretty standard housing board area, so it’s always full of people going about their business. We focus on service and repairs, so there is always something broken sitting on our workbench. The space is small and we have tools hanging on every available bit of wall. Most of our day is spent taking things apart and putting them back together. It’s a messy job sometimes, with wires and spare parts everywhere. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to fix things. People from the colony just walk in with their gadgets or machinery when something stops working. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. Most of the people who come to us found out through a neighbor or just by walking past the sign. The neighborhood is lively, and we usually have the door open to let some air in. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of jobs at once, but we manage. We try to be fair and just tell people straight if something can’t be fixed. It’s a simple operation, really. We show up, we work on the repairs, and we go home. It’s been our routine at this Meghaninagar spot for a long time.
