Aazad Caterers

Being on Relief Road means there is never a quiet moment. Aazad Caterers is located right at Azad Halwai Restaurant, just across from the Oriental Building in Zaverivad. It’s a central spot, so we see a lot of people coming and going. The building across from us is pretty old and has that classic look you see around this part of the city. Most of the time, we are busy in the back or coordinating things for the next event. Since we are part of the restaurant setup, there’s always the sound of pots clanking or someone shouting an order. It’s not a fancy office where you sit on leather chairs. We mostly stand around or sit on whatever is available while we check our delivery schedules. Zaverivad has a specific energy to it. It’s crowded and the streets are narrow, but it feels alive. When we aren't prepping for a big catering job, we’re usually just dealing with the daily rush of the restaurant. We don't use any fancy systems to keep track of things. Just some notebooks and a lot of talking to each other to make sure nothing gets missed. If you walk past the Oriental Building, you can’t miss us. The street is always full of scooters and people looking for a quick bite or planning a bigger function. It’s just how things go here on Relief Road every single day. We keep it simple and just do the work.
