Our office is situated out on Sarkhej Road, at Plot No. B-2 in K.G.N Park. We’re directly across from Amber Tower, which makes it much easier for people to find us when they’re driving through this part of town. We’ve been working in Sarkhej for a long time. It’s an area that has seen a lot of changes and growth over the years, and we’ve been right in the middle of it. We do a variety of things related to land and building development. It’s a small operation, mostly just a few of us who know the local area inside and out. We don’t spend money on fancy marketing or big ads. Usually, people find out about us through word of mouth or just by seeing our office while they’re on Sarkhej Road. We spend a lot of our time out in the field, walking through dusty construction sites and talking to the people doing the actual building. Sarkhej Road is almost always busy with traffic, but we like being located here. It feels like the neighborhood is always moving forward. We try to be very honest with people about what a piece of land is actually worth or how long a project is going to take to finish. There’s no point in making big promises that aren't realistic. We’ve watched this whole area turn from empty fields into a bustling part of the city, and we’re just glad to be working here.
