Aakar Optician Contact Lens Clinic

Our shop is located at number 14 inside the Shiv Complex, which is right on Utttamnagar Road in the Maninagar area. We are situated very close to Sandip Enterprise, so that is usually the easiest way for people to find us. We have been selling glasses and fitting contact lenses here for a long time now. It is a relatively small shop, but we have a lot of different frames tucked away in the drawers and on the shelves. Most of our day is spent testing people's eyes and then helping them pick out a pair of frames that don't look too strange on their face. Some customers are really picky about the style, while others just want the most basic and cheapest pair available. We deal with all of them. The clinic side of the business handles the contact lens fittings. That usually takes a bit more time and a lot of patience from everyone involved. We see a lot of the same people from around the Mani Nagar neighborhood coming back year after year. They return when their eyesight changes or if they happen to sit on their glasses and break them. This happens much more often than you might think. The complex itself can get quite crowded on the weekends. We don't have a marketing department. We just put our sign out front and wait for customers to come inside the shop.
