Aai Mogal Organics Private Limited

We operate out of Survey No 3 in Mota Umrada. It’s a village in the Gadhda Taluka. Aai Mogal Organics Private Limited is a project we started because we care about the land here. Being out in the village means we are right where the crops are grown. It’s not a city office with air conditioning and fancy chairs. We have a simple structure on the land where we keep our tools and records. The air is cleaner out here, but the work is physically demanding. We spend most of our time out in the fields or talking to the local farmers. It’s a quiet place, mostly just the sounds of the wind and the occasional tractor. We focus on organic methods, which takes more time and effort than the usual way of doing things. It’s a lot of manual labor. Sometimes our hands are dirty when we go to answer the phone. We don't have a big staff. It's just a few of us who like doing things naturally. Gadhda is a nice area, and the people in Mota Umrada are good neighbors. We’ve been building this up slowly, piece by piece. We don't have any fancy brochures. If you want to know what we do, you just have to come out and see the fields. It’s honest work and we’re proud of it, even if it’s not always easy. The soil here is good, and we're learning more about it every season.
