Our shop is at Door Number 2, right by the Naroda Fire Station on Naroda Road. We are directly opposite the old Vijay Mills. It’s a very old part of the city, and you can feel the history of the mills when you walk around here. The road is always busy with traffic and the sound of sirens from the fire station next door. We’ve been here for a long time, and our space is quite small and filled to the ceiling with stock. It’s not the kind of place where everything is neatly labeled on shelves; we know where everything is by memory mostly. We see a lot of regulars who stop by because they’ve been coming to this part of Naroda for decades. The building is a bit older, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't affect how we work. We focus on getting the orders ready and making sure people get what they came for without waiting too long. It’s a simple operation. We open up early and usually stay until the sun goes down. Most of our day is spent talking to customers and moving boxes around. We don't have a website or any digital stuff. We just rely on being here every day at the same spot. The old ceiling fan makes a lot of noise but it still works. We keep our old ledgers in a pile.
