3Waysource Llp

We are located over in Paldi, at 80 Pankaj Society in the Bhattha area. It’s really close to the Anjali BRTS bus stand, which is handy for those of us who don't want to drive in Ahmedabad traffic. 3Waysource Llp is a small place, not a big office building. It’s part of a residential society, so it feels a bit more like a home than a workplace. We have a couple of rooms set up with desks and chairs. It’s nothing fancy, just a place to get work done. We’ve got a small backyard area where we sometimes sit for a break. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, apart from the sounds of the bus stand nearby. We don't have a big corporate sign or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, if the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door gets up to open it. We work on sourcing and other bits of business. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing away on laptops. There’s always a tea kettle going in the small kitchen. It’s a very laid-back environment. We don't bother with fancy titles or meetings that last for hours. We just talk across the desks to figure things out. It’s a simple, local way of working. Being near the BRTS makes it easy for people to drop by, though we aren't really a walk-in kind of place. It suits us just fine.
