Our shop is number 5 in the Alishan Complex, right across from the BRTS bus stop in Danilimda. It’s a very busy area with people constantly getting on and off the buses. The shop itself is small, but we make the most of the space we have. We’ve got glass counters at the front and some workspace in the back for the technical stuff. Because of the bus stop, there’s always a lot of movement outside our window, which makes the day go by fast. The air conditioner is a bit old and makes a rattling sound, but it keeps the place cool enough. We keep our supplies stacked on metal racks that reach all the way to the ceiling. Sometimes it feels a bit tight when more than two or three people are inside at the same time. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in off the street and we’re right there at our desks. There’s a small shop next door that sells great snacks, so that’s where we usually get our food. It’s a humble setup, but it’s right in the heart of the action, which makes it easy for people to find us. We just focus on the work on our desks and try to stay organized. 1 Click Solutions is basically this one room and the equipment we use every day.
