Our plant is situated at 1019 in Village Bakhtuprua, right near Tehra Saiyan in the Agra area. We have been running Yukti Ice And Milk Chilling Plant for quite some time now. Being out in a village like Bakhtuprua means we have a bit more space, but it also means we have to deal with the dusty roads and the occasional transport issues. The work we do is mainly about keeping things cold. We have big chilling machines that hum all day and night. It’s a bit of a noisy environment, but you get used to it after a few days. The village life is quiet otherwise, and we know most of our neighbors by name. We aren't a big city corporation with a glass office. Our building is made of concrete and is built for function, not for looks. During the hot summer months in Uttar Pradesh, our work becomes even more important. Keeping the milk at the right temperature is a constant battle against the heat. We have a small crew of local men who help us with the heavy lifting of ice blocks and milk cans. It’s a lot of physical work, and we all go home tired at the end of the day. We don't really do much advertising; our reputation in the village and the nearby areas is enough for us. It’s just a practical, local operation.
