We’ve been at 68, Man Vihar for a while now. Dealing with milk and dairy products every single day is what we do. It’s early mornings and long hours, but that’s just how the dairy business goes. My grandfather started with a few cows and now we handle much more, but the work hasn't changed much. We check the milk, make sure it's fresh, and get it out to the neighborhoods. Sometimes the trucks are late or the weather makes things hard, but we manage. People know us here. It’s not fancy, just a plain building where we do our work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us keeping an eye on the containers and making sure everything is clean. Some days are busier than others, especially during festival seasons when everyone wants extra cream or curd. We just keep our heads down and get the job done. Man Vihar is a good spot for us, easy enough for the suppliers to find. If you walk by, you'll see the crates stacked up outside. That's basically us in a nutshell. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to keep the quality where it should be for the people who buy from us every morning. We like the local feel here and knowing our regulars. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time without any fuss or big talk.
