Sri Maniram Singh Iti College

Our college is over in Artoni, right by Hera Lal Ke Pau in Agra. We focus on technical training because that is what people around here need for jobs. It is a practical place. We have workshops where students learn to use tools and fix machinery. The buildings are plain and we don't spend much on fancy decorations. Most of our students come from the local villages and nearby parts of Agra. They want to learn a trade so they can go out and work. The instructors here have worked in shops and factories themselves. They show the students how things actually work in the real world, not just what is in the manuals. Sometimes the electricity cuts out, but we just wait for it to come back and get back to work. We have been in this spot for a while and the locals know where we are. It’s a bit dusty because of the roads nearby, but we keep the workshops as clean as possible. We don't have a big marketing team. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or cousins who studied here before. We just provide the space and the equipment for people to learn a skill. It’s a straightforward environment. We keep our schedules regular and make sure everyone gets their turn on the machines. It’s about getting the work done and learning the right way to do it. It is nothing fancy, just a solid place to learn.
