Ess Ess College Of Education is easy to spot if you know where Bhagwan Cinema is in Agra. We’re right by the Bye Pass Road at I-Ug. It’s a busy area with a lot of vehicles passing by all the time. Inside the college, we’re mostly focused on teacher training. The classrooms are basic, with wooden desks and big windows that let in some light. You can often hear the traffic from the bypass, but you get used to it after a few days. We don’t have a big PR department, so we just talk to people plainly. The students are usually busy with their assignments or talking in the corridors about their future placements. Our office is just a small room where we keep all the records and handle the daily paperwork. It’s not a place with a lot of bells and whistles. We just make sure there’s enough chalk and that the schedules are posted on the board where everyone can see them. Sometimes we have tea together in the break room and talk about how the term is going. It feels like a regular part of the neighborhood. People in Agra know where we are, and we’ve been part of this spot for a while now. We just do our work, help the students get through their courses, and then go home like everyone else at the end of the day.
