Sona Glass Emporium

Sona Glass Emporium is a small shop located at No. 40 on Street No. 03. We deal with all sorts of glass work. If someone needs a mirror cut for their bathroom or a window pane replaced after a storm, they usually come to us. It’s a delicate business, and we’ve definitely broken a few expensive pieces over the years by accident. The shop isn't very big, so we have to be very careful how we stack the heavy sheets of glass against the walls. It’s just a couple of us working here most days. We don't have a big corporate structure or any fancy titles. We just open the doors in the morning and see who needs help. Sometimes it’s a neighbor with a broken picture frame, and other times it’s someone building a new house in the area. We don’t use any marketing tricks or spend money on ads. People just know we are here on Street 03 because we've been around for a while. The work requires a very steady hand and some patience, especially when we are out on a job site trying to fit a large piece of glass into a wooden frame. It’s not always easy, and the edges can be very sharp, so we have to stay focused. We like the local feel of the neighborhood. It’s a quiet life, mostly, except for the occasional sound of a glass cutter or a heavy sheet being moved.
