We are located in Shatripuram, running the daily operations for Srikanth Biotech. It’s a relatively quiet neighborhood, which suits us just fine for the kind of work we do. We don’t have a massive building or hundreds of employees, just a small group of us trying to get things right. The office is tucked away, so if you aren't looking for Shatripuram specifically, you might miss it. Most days are spent looking at data or checking on the various projects we have going on. It’s not the most exciting work to describe to people at a party, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We’ve decorated the place with a few plants, but mostly it’s just desks, computers, and various pieces of equipment we need. The commute here isn't too bad for most of us, though the rain can turn the local roads into a bit of a mess. We usually have a tea break in the mid-afternoon where we stop talking about work for fifteen minutes. We’ve been here long enough that we know which local spots have the best snacks. It's a plain, functional space. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or big billboards. We just focus on the science part of things and hope the results turn out okay. It’s a steady kind of life here in this part of town, and we’ve grown quite fond of the routine. We just keep our heads down and handle the tasks as they come. It's a normal job.
