Rajpoot Cooler & Welding Workshop

We have been running this shop at 31/168 for a good number of years. It sits right at Old Rajpur Chungi on Shamshabad Road. Most of our days are spent at Rajpoot Cooler & Welding Workshop fixing up things that have broken or worn down. It’s a simple setup with our welding gear and some space to work on metal frames. When the summer heat hits, we get really busy with coolers. People bring them in because they aren't blowing cold air or the water pump stopped working. We take them apart and see what’s wrong. It’s not a clean job; there’s always dust and metal scraps around. We also do general welding for the neighborhood. If a gate hinge breaks or someone needs a bracket made, they come to us. We don't have any fancy signs or a receptionist. You just walk in and talk to whoever is holding the torch. It’s loud in here and the smell of hot metal is always in the air. We try to be fair with what we charge. We aren't looking to get rich, just to keep the shop going and do a decent job for the folks around Shamshabad Road. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought, but that’s just how it goes with old machinery and metal. We’re just local people working with our hands and keeping the tools ready for the next person who stops by with a repair.
