You can find us at Parashar Property Dealer in the basement below the Punjab National Bank. It's over at Plot No 44-B/110 in Sanjay Palace. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is nice when we’re stuck doing paperwork. Sanjay Palace is a busy spot, so there’s always something going on outside. We mostly deal with local real estate, helping folks find a spot to start a business or a new home for their family. It’s just us here, keeping things moving. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. If you come by, you’ll probably see files piled up on the desk because we’re usually right in the middle of a deal. We’ve been working out of this spot for quite some time now. People know where we are. We don't really do the whole corporate pitch thing. If a plot is good, we'll say it. If the price is too high for the area, we'll mention that too. It’s better to be clear from the start. We handle a lot of the back-and-forth that comes with property deals, which can be a real headache. Most of our day is spent on the phone or driving around to show properties to families. We just take things one day at a time here in the basement.
