You can find us at Shop No-74 in Block C of Kamla Nagar. It’s a lively neighborhood with plenty of shops and people always on the move. We’ve been working as property dealers from this small shop for quite a while now. It’s the kind of place where people drop in for a quick chat about what’s available in the market. We don't have a big corporate team, it's just a local operation where we keep track of who is selling and who is looking. Our shelves are mostly filled with folders and the occasional tea cup. Kamla Nagar is a place we know inside out, from the main roads to the smaller lanes. We spend a good chunk of our day on the phone or out meeting owners. It’s not always glamorous work, especially when you’re dealing with all the legal bits and pieces, but it’s what we do. We try to be honest about what a place is worth and don’t use any fancy sales talk. If a flat has a leaky tap or the stairs are too steep, we just say so. People seem to appreciate that. We don’t spend money on big posters or radio ads. Most folks find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a friend. We’re just regular people trying to help other regular people find a roof over their heads or move their property along without any unnecessary drama.
