I am Mukesh and my shop is at Shop No-4 in Vishisht Market. We are on the 100 Feet Road in Dayal Bagh. It’s easy to find because we are right behind the Dubey Gas Agency. People come here when they are looking for a place to live or maybe a bit of land. The shop isn't very big. Just a couple of chairs and a desk where we keep all the files. Most of the time I am out visiting properties or meeting people at different sites. The 100 Feet Road is always moving with cars and people. Vishisht Market is a busy little spot. We keep maps and papers spread out on the table. Sometimes we have tea with the neighbors while we wait for a client to show up. It is mostly about talking to people and understanding what they need. Some days are long and we don't find anything that fits, other days things move quickly. Being behind the gas agency means we get some of their traffic too. It’s a practical location. My phone is usually ringing with questions about prices or locations. I’ve lived around Dayal Bagh for a long time, so I know the streets well. It’s a straightforward business.
