Mohaniya Ice Cream

You will find Mohaniya Ice Cream out at New Eata Chungi, right along the Corsi By Pass in Nagla Devi. It is a spot where a lot of people are just passing through on their way to somewhere else. Being right on the bypass means we get a lot of truckers and travelers who are tired and just want a break from the road for a few minutes. The dust from the road can be a bit much sometimes when the wind blows, so we are always dusting off the counters and the glass of the freezers. It is not the most glamorous location for a shop, but it is very practical for the people driving by. We have plenty of space for people to pull their vehicles over and park safely. We have been here for a couple of years now and have seen the traffic on this road grow quite a bit lately. We don’t do anything too fancy with our ice cream recipes. We just keep it cold and ready for whoever stops in. Sometimes the sun is really intense out here on the bypass, so we try to keep the inside as cool as possible for anyone who wants to step in for a minute. We don't have a big marketing budget or a website. Most people just see our sign from the road and decide to pull over. It is a simple way to run a business and it keeps us busy.
