Our little office is up on the third floor of Padam Business Park. It’s over in Sector 12 A, part of the Sikandara Yojna area. Finding us is usually easy once you get into the commercial park, though the stairs can be a bit much if the elevator is acting up again. I spend most of my afternoons here looking at maps and talking to folks who are looking for a new place to set up. It’s a busy spot with lots of other businesses around, so there’s always some noise in the hallway. We’ve been handling property deals in this part of the city for a while now. It’s not a big corporate operation, just a few of us working out of room number six. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We deal with whatever comes through the door, whether it’s a small shop or a bit of residential space. The view from the third floor isn't great, mostly just other buildings and the parking lot, but it works for us. I try to keep the files in order, but things get messy when we have three different deals going at once. We don't do anything flashy. It's just about helping people find what they need in Sikandara. If you're in the building, just come up to the third floor and look for our door. We'll be there most days until evening.
