You can find us at Shop No -205 in the Bhagwan Lok Complex, which is over in the Sikandra area. We are on the second floor, and the Kargil petrol pump is the main landmark people use to find their way here. Most of our day is spent looking at motherboards and trying to fix software problems on old laptops that have seen better days. The shop usually has a few open computer cases lying around and some tangled cables on the worktable. It is not the most organized place in Agra, but we know exactly where the spare parts and screwdrivers are kept. People bring in their systems when things go wrong, like when a power surge hits or a hard drive stops spinning. We also sell some basic computer parts for those who want to fix things themselves. Sikandra can get pretty noisy with the traffic outside, but up here in the complex, it stays a bit quieter. We get a lot of students and small office workers who need their machines back quickly so they can get back to their work. It’s a lot of technical stuff, but we try to explain what’s wrong in plain English without using too many confusing words. We’ve been in this same spot for a while, just keeping the local computers running as best as we can manage. Sometimes the repairs take longer than we hope, but we just keep at it until the job is done.
