Hyatt Regency, Delhi.

This office for Hyatt Regency Delhi is actually located over in South Tripura, in a place called Jolaibari. It is care of Biseswar Lodh. We are quite far from the actual hotel in Delhi, but this is where our paperwork and some of the back-end stuff gets handled. The address is Po Jolaibari in the Belonia area. It is a very different setting from a big city hotel. Out here, it is much quieter and there are more trees around than buildings. We have a small room where we keep the files and a couple of desks for the staff. It can get very hot and humid in Tripura, so we usually have the fans running full speed all day. Sometimes the mail takes a long time to reach us because we are in such a remote spot. People in the village know us as the office guys. We don't have any big signs or fancy lights. It is just a plain building with a tin roof in some parts. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot to think. Most of our day is spent writing things down or making phone calls to the main office. It is a simple life here. We don't have a cafeteria so we usually bring our own lunch from home or eat at the small stall down the road. It’s just how we operate in this part of the country. It’s quiet and slow compared to Delhi but we get it done.
