Intocast Hitech

You can find us in Phase 1 of the Adityapur Industrial Area. It’s a pretty busy part of Adityapur with lots of factories and trucks moving around all the time. Intocast Hitech is one of those places where there’s always a hum of machinery in the background. We work on various technical parts and industrial bits that most people wouldn't recognize unless they worked in a factory too. Our floor is concrete and usually has a few oil spots here and there. We don't have a big reception area with flowers. Instead, we have a heavy metal door and a small window where people check in. It’s a serious environment because we have to pay attention to the machines. Most of us have been working here for years so we know the sounds of the equipment by heart. We eat our lunch together in the small break room at the back. It’s not a glamorous job but it is important for the industries around here. Being in Phase 1 means we are right in the middle of everything. We keep our tools organized as best as we can, though things get misplaced when we are in a hurry. We just get the work done and go home when the shift ends. Some days the noise is a bit much but we are used to it by now and the work keeps us steady.
