Sudisa Foundry is located at B-26 in the first phase of the Adityapur Industrial Area. If you have ever been to a foundry, you know it is hot and sweaty work. We deal with metal and casting all day long. It isn't the cleanest job in the world, but it’s what we do. The machines are old but they still work fine if you treat them right. We have a group of guys here who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. Adityapur is a tough place to work sometimes, especially in the summer, but the industrial vibe suits us. We don't spend money on fancy decorations for the office. Most of our space is taken up by the furnace and the molds. We make parts for other companies, and they usually come back because we don't try to cheat them. It’s a straightforward business. We show up early, get the heat going, and start the day’s pour. There’s a lot of shouting over the noise of the machines, but that’s just how we communicate. We’ve had our ups and downs over the years, like any small business in this sector. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait around, which is frustrating. But we always get back to it. We aren't trying to change the world, just making sure the metal is poured right and the parts are solid. It’s a long day, but seeing the finished product makes it worth the effort for us at the end of each shift.
