Shivani Travels

Shivani Travels is a small transport service we run from our house at H. No. 3-107/1. We are in Kistampet village, which is under the Chennur mandal. We have been here for a long time. It’s not a big company with many buses. We just have a few vehicles that we use to help people get around. Most of our trips are local, taking folks to Chennur or other nearby places. Sometimes someone needs a car for a whole day to go to a far-off town. We handle those bookings as they come. The cars are parked right outside the house at 3-107/1. My family helps me keep track of the bookings and the maintenance. Keeping the vehicles in good shape is a lot of work because the roads around Kistampet can be quite bumpy. We don't have a fancy office or any employees in uniforms. It’s just us doing the driving and the cleaning. People in the village know where to find us if they need a ride. We don't do any advertising. Word gets around when you do a decent job. Some days are very busy and we are on the road from morning till night. Other days we just sit at home and wait for the phone to ring. It’s a steady way to live and we like being part of the Kistampet community. That’s just who we are, regular people working hard.
