Our small office is set up at H. No. 1-222/5 in the Jaipur area. It is more of a home-based thing where we handle all the travel bookings. Most days are spent on the phone, talking to drivers and checking if the cars are ready for the next trip. We have a few vehicles that stay parked nearby when they are not out on the road. The village life here is quiet, so you can hear the birds while we sit at the desk. We started this because people around here needed a reliable way to get to the city or go for weddings in other districts. The cars get a bit dusty because of the roads, so cleaning them is a daily chore that takes up a lot of time. We keep a ledger to track where everyone is going and what time they need to be picked up. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to do everything the old-fashioned way with pen and paper. It is not a big corporate setup with uniforms or anything like that. Just us trying to manage the schedules and making sure the fuel tanks are full before a long journey starts. Jaipur can get quite hot in the summer, so we try to keep the office cool with a small fan while we wait for the next call. We just focus on getting people where they need to go without making things complicated.
