Living and working in the colony means we are pretty much part of the cement plant's life every single day. It is a small community where everyone is involved in the same kind of work. We handle the administration and the coordination for Orient Cement from this address. It is just a standard house in the colony that we use as our base. We do not have any high-tech gadgets or fancy boardrooms. It is just a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of paper. The pace of life here in Devapur is a bit slower than the big cities, and we actually prefer it that way. We know all our neighbors and we see the same faces at the market. It makes the work feel more personal. We are not trying to be the most modern office in the world. We just want to make sure the cement business runs smoothly and that we do our part for the team. It is a humble setup, but it works for what we need to do. Every morning we start early and we just keep going until the work is finished. That is how we do things here. We have been in this spot for years now.
