Lingeshwara Poultry And Hatcheries Private Limited is a small operation located on Thakur Para Road in Joynagar. We work out of Naba Kumar Sardar’s place in Ward No.5. If you live around here, you’ve probably heard the chickens at some point during the day. Poultry is a busy kind of work because the birds never really stop needing things. We have the hatchery part too, which means we spend a lot of time checking on eggs and making sure the temperature stays just right. It is a lot of responsibility, but we have been doing it long enough that it’s just second nature to us now. The area around Joynagar is pretty busy, but we stay focused on what’s happening inside our own walls. We don't have a big staff or a fancy office with chairs for visitors. It’s more of a place where you wear your old clothes and get to work every morning. Naba Kumar keeps an eye on everything, but we all pitch in to help. Sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaking or a batch of feed being late, but we just fix it and move on. We don't have a grand plan to take over the whole market. We just want to provide good poultry to the local area and keep the business running smoothly. It is just honest, local work for people who don't mind getting their hands a little bit dirty.
