We've been at 302 Sri Sai Sampada Plaza for a while now. Most people know the building because it's right by the Oriental Bank on Street 6 in Habsiguda. It's a busy spot but we like it here. Arctic India Engg Pvt Ltd is basically just a group of us working out of this office. We get in early, deal with whatever is on the desk, and try to keep things moving. There’s nothing fancy about how we run things. It’s just an office with desks, some computers, and a lot of paperwork. Sometimes the traffic on Street 6 gets pretty backed up, especially near the bank, but that’s just part of being in this area. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We mostly focus on our daily tasks and getting the engineering side of things sorted out without making a big fuss. It’s a practical workspace. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. People come by, we talk shop, and then we get back to it. The landmark helps visitors find us since the plaza stands out a bit. Being in Habsiguda is convenient for most of the team. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. Just a straightforward office where the real work happens. It gets a bit noisy sometimes but we're used to it by now.
