Hero Products India Pvt. Ltd.

Hero Products India Pvt. Ltd. is situated out in Sonale Village, specifically at P1 and P2 in the Shree Rajlaxmi Hi-Tech Textile Park. It’s a bit of a journey to get out here, especially if you’re coming from the main city area. The textile park is huge, and there’s always a lot of activity with trucks moving in and out of the different units. Our space at P1 and P2 is quite large, which is good because we have a lot of things to store and move around. The Taluka area has its own pace, a bit slower than the city but very busy in its own way. We spend a lot of time on the shop floor, keeping an eye on things. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters with glass elevators. It’s a practical workspace designed for getting products ready and shipped out. The dust from the roads often settles on everything, so we’re always cleaning. We have a small area for coffee and tea where we take our breaks. Hero Products India Pvt. Ltd. feels like a community because most of the people working here are from the nearby villages. We know each other's families and what’s going on in the local area. We don't use big words or have complicated meetings. We just look at what needs to be done for the day and we do it. It’s a lot of physical work, but we’re used to it by now.
