Kishco Limited

Kishco Limited is located out in the MIDC Industrial Area in Nashik, specifically at D-2. Being in an industrial zone means we are surrounded by other factories and the constant hum of machinery. It’s a different world out here compared to the city center. The air is a bit clearer, but the work is definitely harder. We’ve been here for a long time, and the building has some history to it. You can see it in the walls and the way the floors have worn down over the years. We manufacture things here, so there is always a bit of dust and the smell of metal in the air. Our morning shift starts early, usually when the sun is just coming up over the hills. Most of the people working here live nearby and have been with us for a decade or more. It’s the kind of place where you know everyone’s name and whose kid just started school. We don’t have fancy meeting rooms or air conditioning in every corner. We spend most of our time on the shop floor making sure the machines are running right and the quality is where it should be. It’s practical, hands-on work. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We just focus on the orders we have to fill and the deadlines we need to meet. It’s a busy life, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing a truck loaded up with finished goods leaving the gate.
