Trinity Kitchenware Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Plot No. D-2 in the MIDC Sinnar Industrial Area. It is a bit of a drive to get out here every morning, but once you arrive, the whole place is humming with the sound of machines and people working. The Sinnar area is mostly industrial, so our neighbors are all other factories and workshops doing their own thing. Our space is basically a big warehouse floor where we keep all the kitchenware piled up. It is often loud and a bit dusty because of all the activity in the MIDC zone, but that is just how an industrial area works. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that; it is mostly just a functional space where we get the packing and sorting done. During the lunch hour, everyone usually sits outside if the weather isn't too hot, just to get away from the noise of the machines for a bit. The office part of the building is small and mostly filled with ledgers and stacks of paper. We have had to fix the roof a couple of times after the monsoon rains, but the place holds up well enough for our needs. It is honest work, and there is always a lot of lifting and checking to make sure the boxes are ready to go out. We stay focused on the tasks at hand and don't really worry about making the place look like a corporate office, we just get on with things.
