Adarsh Flour Mill

We are located out in Haridaspur Village. It is part of the Kondapur Mandal area. Our place is at H No 1-38. It is a flour mill, so it is naturally a bit loud and very dusty with all the grain being ground down every day. You can often smell the fresh flour from a good distance down the road. It is a local spot where people from the village bring their grain to us. We have been doing this for a long time now. It is not some high-tech factory with robots. It is just the old machines and us working them. We spend a lot of our time cleaning the equipment and making sure the bags are filled up right. The village life is mostly quiet except for the steady hum of the mill when we are running. Sometimes the power cuts off and we just have to sit and wait, but that is just how it is in the mandal. We know most of the people who come by with their sacks. They bring their wheat or corn, and we get to work for them. It is hard work on the back, lifting those heavy sacks all day long. We are not trying to be the biggest mill in the state. We just provide a basic service for the folks living nearby. The floor is always white with dust, no matter how much we sweep it. It is just part of the job here. We stay until the work is done.
