Out here at Sy No 194 and 195 in Isnapur, things usually move at their own slow pace. Since we are near the Lakdaram Gate, we see a lot of heavy trucks coming through Patancheru every single day. Tara Grains is basically a lot of heavy lifting and keeping track of countless bags. The air around the facility usually smells like dust and dried husks, which you just get used to after working here for about a week. It is a bit of a long trek to get out here from the main city, but this is where we have the space to operate. We have a few big sheds and a small office area where the ceiling fan wobbles a bit more than it probably should. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we all just sit outside on the steps for a bit until the lights come back on. Dealing with grains means you are always checking the weather forecast. If a storm is coming, everyone moves a bit faster to make sure every single bag stays dry. We aren't some big corporate outfit with polished floors and glass walls. Our boots are usually covered in dirt by noon. The guys working out in the yard have been with us for many years. We know the local tea stall owner by his first name, and he knows exactly when we are going to show up. It is honest, tiring work. We just try to get the loads out on time and make sure the tally is right at the end of the day.
