Sri Tirumala Engineering Works

Out here on H P Road in Moosapet, the traffic never really stops. We’re located at 11 5 238 /6, and if you’re looking for us, just listen for the sound of grinding or the hum of the welding machines. Sri Tirumala Engineering Works is basically a big open shed where we get things done. We take on a lot of repair work and some custom fabrication when people bring us their ideas on scraps of paper. It’s messy work. There’s iron dust everywhere and the floors are never quite level. We’ve got a few guys who have been with us for a long time, so they know exactly how to handle the machines without me having to say much. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy signs. Most of our work comes from the other shops nearby or regulars who know we won't overcharge them for a simple fix. In the summers, it gets incredibly hot under the metal roof, so we start early in the morning to beat the heat. We’re not a big factory, just a local shop trying to do honest work. Sometimes things take a bit longer than we planned because a machine breaks down, but we always finish what we start. That’s just the way it goes in Moosapet. We keep things moving and try to stay on top of the orders as they come through the door.
