Prem Poly Prints

You can find us over at Plot No. 176/B in Ida Mallapur. It’s a busy industrial zone and our unit is right in the middle of it. Prem Poly Prints has been operating from this same spot for quite some time now. The main thing you notice when you walk in is the smell of the ink and the plastic. It’s a very distinct scent that stays on your clothes. The machines are pretty loud, so we usually have to shout a bit to hear each other over the clicking and rolling sounds. We do a lot of printing on various poly materials. It’s a messy job sometimes. There are ink stains on the floor that won't ever come out. We have a small staff who knows how to line up the plates and get the colors right. It takes a lot of patience. Mallapur is always crowded, so getting materials delivered can be a bit of a headache during peak hours. Our shop is just a plain industrial unit with a heavy rolling shutter. We leave it open most of the day to let some air in. Sometimes stray dogs wander in looking for shade. We don't mind. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to get the orders finished without too much fuss. We’ve got stacks of printed bags piled up in the corners waiting to be picked up. That's our daily life here.
