Praxair India Pvt. Ltd.

We’re over in Kadubeesanahalli, right in the thick of things in Bengaluru. Our spot is in the 560103 area, and if you’ve ever been around here, you know the traffic on the road is something else. We spend a good chunk of our morning just watching the trucks pull in and out of the gate. We handle a lot of industrial gas stuff, so there are always cylinders being moved around. It’s a bit noisy, and the air usually smells a little like a workshop. Our office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s got some old desks, a few fans that rattle a bit, and plenty of paperwork that needs filing. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to make us look fancy. It’s just us trying to keep the deliveries on time and the orders sorted. Lunch is usually a quick break where we talk about the cricket scores or the new flyover they’re building nearby. We’ve been in Karnataka for a while now and have seen how much this area has changed with all the new buildings. Sometimes it’s hard to keep up with the pace, but we manage. We aren't here to give speeches about values; we just want to make sure the tanks are full and the customers aren't waiting too long. It’s a lot of plain work, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We just stay focused on the daily routine.
