We've been at SCO 9 for quite a while now. Running a travel agency like Aj Travels Pvt. Ltd. means dealing with a lot of paperwork and phone calls every day. It’s mostly just us in the office making sure people get their tickets and hotel bookings sorted without too much trouble. We don't have a big fancy lobby, just a desk and some chairs where we sit down with anyone who walks in. People usually come to us when they need to get somewhere and aren't sure about the best way to do it. It’s a busy spot, especially during the holidays when everyone wants to leave at the same time. We try to keep things simple here. We check the schedules, look at the prices, and tell you what’s available. Sometimes the systems are slow or the flights get changed, and we have to spend the afternoon on the phone fixing it. That’s just how it goes in this business. We know the local area well since we’ve been here so long. Most of our regulars just drop by because they know where we are. It isn't a high-tech operation, but we get the job done. We handle domestic trips and international ones too, depending on what someone is looking for. It’s a lot of routine work, but seeing someone head off on a trip they’ve been planning is okay. We just keep the doors open and see who comes in next. It’s nothing glamorous, just a small office trying to help people get from one place to another.
