We have been here at Sco No. 7 in Basant Arcade for a good while now. It's right on the Ambala Chandigarh Highway, so it's easy to find us if you're driving past. Most days we are just busy picking up phones and looking at flight schedules or hotel bookings. People come in wanting to go somewhere nice, and we sit down with them to figure out the dates and costs. It isn't always easy because prices change so fast, but we do what we can. The office is usually a bit messy with brochures and papers everywhere, but that is just how it goes when you are trying to get things sorted. We handle a lot of local folks and some from further out too. It is just a small team of us here. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons talking to travelers. Sometimes the highway outside gets really noisy with all the trucks, but we are used to it by now. If you're looking for us, just look for the Basant Arcade sign. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything, just some chairs and desks where we work. We've helped a lot of people plan their trips over the years. It’s mostly just about getting the details right and making sure the tickets are actually booked. We've seen a lot of changes in how people travel, but the work stays the same. Just a bunch of us trying to help people get from one place to another.
