Shiv Shakti Luxmi Memorial High School

Being located right near the Yamuna Nagar Railway Station makes things pretty interesting around here. You can often hear the trains passing by while the kids are in their classes. We are tucked away in Chopra Garden, which is a decent spot in Yamunanagar 135001. Shiv Shakti Luxmi Memorial High School has been standing here for quite some time now. It is a bit of a mouthful of a name, but everyone in the local area just knows us. The walk from the station is not long at all, so we get a lot of foot traffic near the gates. It is a high school, so the students are a bit older and things can get quite loud during the afternoon when they all head home. We do not have any shiny brochures or fancy websites. Most of what we do is just day-to-day teaching and making sure the building is kept up. The garden area gives us a little bit of green, though it takes some work to keep the plants looking okay in the summer heat. We have our regular routines, from the morning assembly to the final bell. It is just a normal place where local families send their children. There is always someone coming by to ask a question or drop off a form. We just handle things as they come and try to keep the school running smoothly for everyone involved.
