New Dashmesh Mech Engg Works

Over here in Yamunanagar, we’ve got our workshop set up in Modern Colony. It’s right near the ITI, which makes it easy for people to find us if they’re in the neighborhood. New Dashmesh Mech Engg Works is basically just a mechanical shop where we get our hands dirty every day. Haryana is a big hub for this kind of engineering stuff, so there is never a dull moment. We deal with metal, machines, and all the grease that comes with it. My father always said that if your hands are clean, you aren't working hard enough. So, we stay busy. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just some sturdy walls and the sound of grinding metal. We’ve got some old machines that still work better than the new ones, and a few newer pieces of kit too. Most of the guys living around here know us by name. We don't really do the whole internet marketing thing; word of mouth works better in a place like Yamunanagar. When a machine breaks down at a local plant, they usually give us a call to see if we can fabricate a part or weld something back together. It's practical work. Sometimes the summer heat in Haryana makes the shop feel like an oven, but we just keep the fans going and get on with the tasks. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps the bills paid.
